ECO-DESIGN

It was also important to us, when launching this project, that our villas fit in perfectly with the landscape, without damaging it, and preserving the local characteristics.

SELF-CONTAINED

We've designed these villas to be eco-friendly and completely self-sufficient, thanks in particular to solar panels, wind turbines, and gas. Each house will also have its own energy and water management systems. The condominium is equipped to collect rainwater and treat wastewater, which is a first on the island.

These villas offer high-quality amenities and services. The architect aimed to provide a privileged, unique, and intimate experience where all you have to do is enjoy.

All the villas have been designed to maximize the enjoyment of this idyllic and peaceful location. They are accessible only by foot or golf cart to ensure tranquility throughout your stay. A reception area is available at the entrance of the condo, offering a supermarket, beach equipment rental service, and parking for your personal vehicles.

This project aims to highlight local craftsmanship by working with nearby artisans, thus contributing to the country's economy while also using materials and techniques that preserve nature. These same artisans will handle maintenance in case of any unforeseen issues.

The condominium employees are housed on-site for added convenience.
